Grape variety: Pinot Grigio is a white grape with a characteristic coppery color, locally known as Rulander.
Vineyards: from the vineyards of the Az Agr Toblino - Bio Certificata located between Sarche and Pietramurata, characterized by well-drained, dry soils and a cool climate that allows the grapes to ripen perfectly.
Vinification & Aging: after crushing-destemming, the typical white vinification takes place with soft pressing of the grapes and fermentation at a controlled temperature. A few months of aging in stainless steel follow.
Organoleptic Characteristics: straw yellow color with coppery nuances.On the nose, it is graceful and slightly fruity with aromas of Williams pear and yellow plum.Structured but discreet on the palate, elegant with pleasant acidity that leaves a clean and fresh feeling in the mouth.
Tasting & Pairing: to be served in medium-sized glasses at 8-10 ° C.Pinot Grigio is very versatile in pairings, to be successfully paired with fish, but also white meat, poultry and cheese.
